Due to space limitations, only registered guests are permitted to attend this year’s Refresh Conference. All attendees must be 16 years or older (with the exclusion of nursing infants).

Ministry Leader and Spouse - $250

Ministry Leader - $200

REFRESH SCHOLARSHIPS
Thanks to some generous donors, we offer Refresh Conference scholarships to some ministry leaders and spouses who may not be able to afford to attend on their own.
Available Scholarships
- All Expense Paid Scholarship for ministry leader and spouse (1 awarded)
- Transportation
- Meals during the conference
- Hotel for 3 nights (check in on the first day of the conference and check out on the last
day of the conference)
- Free Conference Registration (5 awarded)
- Free Refresh Conference registration (individual or couple)
- On-campus lunches on Wednesday and Thursday
Eligibility
Applicants must meet both of the following requirements:
- Must be currently serving in a ministry full-time.
- Retired or part-time individuals do not qualify for this scholarship.
- Ministry workers who serve full-time in ministry and work a second job are eligible to apply.
- Must be located within the continental United States.
- Applicants from Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and countries outside of the U.S are not eligible.
Application Deadline and Awarding Timeline
All applications must be received by September 1.
Selected applicants will be notified by email no later than September 30, 2026. Please note that additional information will be needed from the recipients by October 15, 2026.

Who may attend the Refresh Conference?
This conference is for all Christian leaders and their spouses. Bring your entire ministry team! Camp directors, pastors, and missionaries will all benefit from this conference.
What does the registration fee include?
- All conference sessions
- All conference materials
- Access to the hospitality room with a wide variety of complimentary snacks and drinks
- Wednesday banquet
Are meals included with my registration?
Your registration includes the Wednesday night banquet.
Optional lunch tickets may be purchased when you register for the conference. A limited number of lunch tickets are available due to limited capacity in our dining hall. Unused meal tickets will not be refunded.
Ankeny also has many restaurant options for your enjoyment.
Can I bring my children to the conference?
To best serve all attendees, and due to space limitations, Refresh Conference will no longer be able to provide childcare beginning this year.
Additionally, all attendees must be at least 16 years old to participate in the conference. Children ages 15 and younger may not accompany parents or guardians to the conference (with the exception of nursing infants).
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
If you are unable to attend Refresh Conference after registering, here are the options available to you:
- Receive a full refund (must cancel by January 26, 2027, to receive a full refund).
- Transfer your paid registration to another ministry couple.
- Transfer your registration payment to your registration for Refresh 2028.

What is the dress code?
Most attendees dress business casual.
Do you have hotel recommendations?
Several area hotels have discounted-rate agreements with Faith Baptist Bible College. Please be sure to mention Faith Baptist Bible College when making reservations in order to secure the discounted rate (blackout dates apply)!

Can I attend if I live outside of the United States?
Yes. International attendees are welcome to attend the conference. Please note that we are unable to provide financial assistance for travel, lodging, or conference expenses.
If an invitation letter is needed for visa purposes, it will be sent upon request after we receive your registration and payment.
