REGISTER AS AN EXHIBITOR
We welcome exhibitors and advertisers whose missions align with the biblical values of Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary. All new exhibitors must go through an approval process to ensure doctrinal alignment and compatibility with the purpose of the Refresh Conference.
Exhibitor registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Although we strive to accommodate all ministries wishing to exhibit, we must adhere to our deadlines with external vendors. Please note that space is limited and fills up quickly; therefore, registration may close earlier than the dates listed below.
Exhibitor registration will open on August 3, 2026.
First-time exhibitors, please first complete the Partnering Exhibitor Application. We will notify you when you can submit your conference registration.

- Table in Alumni Hall: These spaces receive a good amount of interaction with attendees and students

- Table in Gym (where general sessions are held): These spaces receive a high level of interaction with attendees and students

- Table in Twigs Coffee Shop: These spaces receive prime interaction with attendees but minimal student interaction

*Additional exhibitors may be added to an exhibitor registration, but they will incur additional registration costs (at the regular rates for individuals and spouses).

Exhibitors commit to remain on campus until the conference adjourns on Friday.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING
Prize drawings are a great way to increase traffic to your exhibit! They are also an effective and natural way to accumulate names and contact information.
All exhibitors must provide a prize to be included in the Grand Prize Drawing on Friday, February 12. Exhibitors can display their prize at their table to draw interest and create conversation throughout the week. Attendees can stop by and submit their names at each table in order to enter the drawing.
PARTNERING EXHIBITOR APPLICATION
Exhibitors who want to display at the 2027 Refresh Conference must provide their information in the Partnering Exhibitor Application. Each application will undergo a review process and an answer will be given within 30 days. Our objective is to align the goals of Refresh Conference with our partnering organizations.
Past exhibitors are already on Faith's Partnering Exhibitor list and do not need to complete a new application.

Who may exhibit at the Refresh Conference?
- A ministry (missions agency, camp, etc.) that agrees with the FBBC&TS doctrinal and position statements.
- A ministry providing support services to churches that agrees with the FBBC&TS doctrinal and position statements.
- A business providing goods or services to churches, ministries, or church members.
Representatives from other colleges and universities are warmly invited to attend the conference; however, we do not currently offer exhibitor or advertising space to other institutions of higher education.
Partnering ministries and businesses are welcome to promote their organization at the conference. While outside conferences or events may not be advertised in conference materials or displays, you are welcome to share information about them in conversation or printed material with those who visit your exhibit table.
Who typically attends Refresh Conference?
Refresh Conference is for all Christian leaders and their spouses. Camp directors, pastors, and missionaries all benefit from this conference!
FBBC&TS students, faculty, staff, and administration also attend the Conference.
Can we choose our booth location?
FBBC&TS will assign table locations based on your selected registration level.
What is the size of an exhibitor booth?
Silver/Gold Level
- Display booth: 8 ft. x 4 ft.
- Table: 6 ft.
Platinum Level
- Display booth: 9 ft. x 4 ft.
- Table: 8 ft.
What is the deadline for registering for the conference?
Exhibit space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until all spaces are sold out or until November 2, 2026, whichever comes first.
What are the deadlines for advertising?
- November 2: Exhibitor Registration Deadline
- November 2: Booklet Ad and PowerPoint Deadline
- November 2: Website Logo Ad Deadline (if applicable)
- November 2: Ministry Description to be included in Exhibitor promotion email
- January 15: Half-flyer Ad Deadline (if applicable)
Please note that reminders will not be issued; it is the exhibitor's responsibility to ensure submissions are made by the specified deadline. Submissions received after the deadline are not guaranteed inclusion in the booklet.
What are the ad specifications?
Half-Page Ad
- Dimensions in the book are 8.5″ x 5.5".
- Please submit ads to be 8.75″ x 5.625″ without crop marks.
- Include a half-inch area around all edges that does not have text.
- Only electronic art in a PDF or EPS file may be submitted.
- All ads will be printed in color.
Full-Page Ad
- Dimensions in the book are 8.5″ x 11".
- Please submit ads to be 8.75″ x 11.25″ without crop marks.
- Include a half-inch area around all edges that does not have text.
- Only electronic art in a PDF or EPS file may be submitted.
- All ads will be printed in color.
PowerPoint Ad
- Slide size: Widescreen sizing of 1024px (w) x 768px (h). This is the 16:9 (wide) layout in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Only electronic slides in PDF, PPT, or Google Slides may be submitted.
- Use large, headline text and avoid paragraphs of text.
- Use text and backgrounds that have high contrast, such as white text on a dark background or vice versa.
- Try to limit images to one or two pictures
- Have a clear call to action.
- If using a QR code, make sure it fills at least one-third of the slide so that people can scan it from the back of the room.
- Make sure the content of the ad can be understood in three seconds or less.
- Avoid overcrowding with content; use plenty of whitespace.

- Send us your highest resolution logo.
- Only electronic files in PNG format may be submitted.
Half-Page Flyer
- The max size of the insert is 8.5”x5.5”.
- 400 copies of your flyers must be received no later than January 15, 2027

How will you promote my ministry with email?
We will include your name in an exhibitor promotional email to our Refresh attendees. Please submit a 50-word description of your ministry by November 2, 2026 to be included in an Exhibitor Promotional email to our Refresh attendees.
Can I receive a refund for benefits that I don't use?
Please note that no refunds will be given for partial use of exhibitor benefits.
Is shipping available for exhibitor materials?
If you would like to send any of your materials to Faith Baptist Bible College ahead of time, please address it with the following information.
